• Basic technical information — standard web server and security logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) collected by our hosting provider to keep the website secure and available. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Data Room Works, our clients, or others.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
